How long does shipping take?

If you’re looking to place an order for urgent delivery, this will need to be ordered before 12pm PT to give us time to prepare and gift wrap your item before our courier collection. Our warehouse is closed at weekends to give our hard-workers some time off, so any orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday.

US Delivery: 1-3 working days

CA Delivery: 2-4 working days

We will keep you updated on its progress, so you’ll always know what’s happening. If you need your order quickly, do get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Our warehouse is super speedy and order amendments are likely not possible after an order is placed. We’ll always endeavour to make these changes where possible, so please reach out to our team at  [email protected]

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges vary by country and item. If you enter an address at checkout, you can then find our handy delivery calculator.

USA express shipping is FREE to Mainland US, Hawaii & Alaska only. Eligible on orders over $99, and we cover these duties too! ALL duties covered in Mainland US, Hawaii & Alaska only.

US overseas territories not eligible for free shipping and duties: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palai.

Canada express shipping is FREE for all orders over $99 USD, with duties and taxes applicable on arrival.

Gift cards do not count towards the free shipping minimum.

How are my items packaged?

We package each order as though it is a gift, because whether you are treating a loved one or yourself we want it to feel special.

We are also environmentally conscious and will wrap up multiple items together to save on paper and packaging. If you would like your  scarves individually wrapped for an extra charge, please contact us at [email protected].

Our products are well protected and ready to be gifted with no receipt or invoices in the packaging, so you can have them sent straight to the recipient’s door!

Would you like to ship to multiple addresses? Please put through a separate order for each address.

Want to add a complimentary gift note to your order? Please add your message at cart.

Who pays for import duties and taxes?

The cost of import duties and taxes is covered by Scarfauras, with the exception of Canada. Sadly, we’re unable to offer this for Candian deliveries at the moment, and these will be payable upon delivery by the recipient.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we have shipped your order, we will send you an email to confirm and share your tracking number. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder in case it pops in there. You can also check your order status via out Live Chat facility – have your order number to hand, type this in and the status of your order, along with tracking information (if it has been shipped) will be displayed.

What is your returns policy?

We are so sorry that your items are not suitable for you. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so we accept returns, unused and in the original condition, up to 60 days after purchase.

How do I return an item?

Sorry your order wasn’t quite right for you. Of course, you’re more than welcome to return it to us for a refund.

We can’t offer worldwide exchanges so just place a new order if you were looking for a replacement.

Returns are super straightforward – please check out our Returns page for further information on how to return your item. If there’s anything you’re not sure about, we’re here for you.

Can I exchange a gift?

Yes, you can. We will need either of the following in order to arrange an exchange: order number, name of the person who purchased & placed the order or email address of the person who placed the order. We need at least one of these pieces of information to find the original order and arrange the exchange.

Please note that notifications for the order may go to the person who originally placed it and it’s not always possible for us to prevent this from occurring.
